I agree with all the complaints that this link mentions...but the point is that if you are computer savvy...you can solve most of the problems...I recently bought an Ipod...and I use an external 3rd party software (ephpd.com) to manage it.. I agree itunes sucks ass! Apart from the PC-to-Mac conversion all other problems are solvable.... And you have to understand...Apple was forced to do most of this DRM shit because of the RIAA... anyways...cool link...
btw: if you ever buy an iPOD check this link out...
Thanks for that link. Yeah, I agree not all off the problems are unsolvable, and besides, it also depends on how much do these problems upset you in the first place (which is a very user specific thing). And going by the crazy iPod sales, it doesnt seem like many users care about 'em
