Need to get faster, FAST!!!

Seems like both my running and my blogging are slacking during the holidays. I did just 2 runs this week and forgot to blog about my runs the week before.

Thu (12/18) ~4.5mi ~40min ~8:50 (Fairly accurate, Hill Training in cold)
Sat (12/20) ~9.2mi ~1:27 ~9:30 (Crappiest long run on record, shins hurt from get-go :( )

From the data collected so far, it is seeming like I am going to settle on a 9:30 average on race day (=> 2:05 finish), which would suck. With some luck (and race-day adrenalin) I might just barely squeeze in under 2 hours.... but, then again I could just as well have a bad day and fall past to 2:10 or worse.
Oh, well... only time will tell.
